Cumbrian Lakes is a small gated community where there is a feeling of serenity and security. Set in a beautiful, peaceful area just off Poinciana Boulevard, Cumbrian Lakes is only minutes from Highway 192 with a huge choice of restaurants and shops including a 24-hour Wal-Mart only 5 minutes from your door.
As you would expect with a name like Cumbrian Lakes, there are several lakes here. Two have a gentle fountain that plays in the centre and is lit up at night. A paved nature trail surrounds the main lake and people can be seen enjoying a walk, bike ride or jogging here.

For lovers of nature, the sparkling lakes at Cumbrian Lakes are visited by many crane, osprey and blue heron and the occasional American bald eagle can be seen flying overhead.
A communal tot lot is provided for the entertainment of the little ones and there is plenty of open space to enjoy a picnic or a ball game here too.

Within 5 minutes drive from your door, you will find a huge selection of restaurants including: Perkins, Denny’s, TGI Friday, Coney Island (fish buffet), Chinese Buffet, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and numerous Italian restaurants.
For those visitors who like to enjoy a drink with a meal in the evening and don’t wish to drive, we are ideally placed, just a short taxi ride from many restaurants.
